Flexible Booking Fee Terms

The Flexible booking Fee is only available to purchase on bookings containing up to a maximum of 10 tickets.

On payment of the Flexible booking, you are entitled to a refund for the value (or part there of), of your tickets, or to transfer your booking to any alternative performance (subject to availability) to the same Booking Value of your existing booking. If you wish to upgrade to a higher booking value, you will need to pay the difference in cost. 

Flexible booking is available on purchase of the £1.00 per booking fee at the same time you purchase your tickets;

It can only be activated up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled performance.

After this time, the terms of the flexible booking will no longer apply.

If transferring your booking, the Booking Value can be exchanged against our standard ticket prices

Flexible booking is not valid on any special offers or promotions.

Flexible booking is an optional £1.00 per booking fee and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

How to Claim

In order to make a claim you must contact the cinema either in person, by email or website contact form or by phone half an hour before the time of the performance.

If you are unable to speak to anyone in advance as long as a message is left then we will be able to honor your exchange or refund.

Please include your booking reference number (sometimes shown as 'Audit Number'), Booking name and claim preference i.e. refund of exchange.

Flexible booking must also be purchased at the time of booking, this service can not be added at a later date

Changes may only be applied once, for all or part of the booking value (i.e. refund 1 ticket).

Subsequent changes are not permitted under the scheme.

Once the booking value has been transferred, our standard terms and conditions of tickets are applicable

These terms and conditions do not affect or alter your statutory rights

Terminology

Flexible booking Fee: 

the sum paid for your flexible booking charged at £1.00 per booking

Booking Value: 

the value of the booking made at the same time as purchasing the Flexible booking being the total amount paid for your booking less the Flexible booking fee paid.
